PL/SQL newbie question

Hello together,

I'am a oracle databse administrator and i want to write a short procedure in PL/SQL. My programming experience is ohther programming languages are middle but not in PL/SQL (low....).

I hope someone have a solution for my problem.

So here is my request.

Sorry for my English....

The procedure get a SQL-Query(SELECT) as text as paramter. Then the procedure executes this query. The result is always only one column, but without a predefined Name. All rows will be merge in one text line.
