Change Manager (DB Propagate) blows up

Dear Netters,

I am using Oracle 9i database and the Change Manager tool that came with it. I am trying to determine whether this will be a feasible tool for us to use for migrating schema changes and data between various environments (development <-> QA <-> UAT <....>). In doing it, I created 2 schemas that are identical, sitting on the same server (9i, Solaris). I then made some mods to one schema, and was trying to use DB Propagate feature to create the migration script. I was using a local repository.

After a little while in the process, in the Impact Report and Script status window (after hitting Generate button), I get the following error:
"Script Generation Warnings and Errors

The following table summarizes any warnings and errors that were detected during script generation.

Object TypeObject NameNotesERROR: SystemUnexpected Exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: This occurred while processing dependencies between objects."

At that point, percentage sits at around 62%, and it never moves subsequently.

My machine is a fast P4, with 1 Gig of RAM, running Windows XP Pro. Looking at Task Manager, memory does not change much, so the "out of memory" definitely does not refer to it.

Has anyone seen this error? Any suggestions on how to work around this?

Thank you in advance.
