If it's the *only* Oracle thing installed, and you want it gone: remove the C:\Program Files\Oracle directory completely.

There are some registry entries on my system, of which I cannot guarantee these belong to the installer: HKCR\CLSID\
Actually, some point to the jre (1.1.8) environment.

Be extremely cautious where tampering with the registry, marking a backup point (or whatever it is called in XP) is a good idea.
