Hmm...well, both web servers (using different oracle clients) are
hitting the same 10G db server, so whatever the db server characterset
is, seems to me, it almost doesn't matter.  But then I'm making an
assumption.  And I'm oracle stupid, so how do I find the characterset
on the db server?
