 In that case I seem to have an undead file in my 10.1.0.3 Oracle home ;-)

G:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\bin>dir sqlplusw.exe  Volume in drive G has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 9C54-944D

 Directory of G:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\bin
