You can run queries and get any information from the Oracle database i.e. if you are familiar with Oracle's data dictionary. But witnessing the point-and-click culture that prevails in M$, Oracle does provide bunch of tools in the new releases i.e. 9i and above.
For your purpose, if you have installed OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) then you can launch "Performance Manager" that is available from start menu in standalone and get to this information.
