Great thanks for your help!

But I still did not success :(
Here is the output of 'lsnrctl services ELIST', with IPC dispatcher started by
dispatchers = '(protocol=ipc)(key=PLSExtProc)(service=plsextproc)

               (listener=EXTPROC_CONNECTION_DATA)' in spfile
(I bounce the database, as you said)

Connecting to (DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=IPC)(KEY=XYZZY))) Services Summary...
Service "PLSExtProc" has 2 instance(s).
  Instance "ORCL", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service...     Handler(s):
      "D000" established:0 refused:0 current:0 max:1002 state:ready
         DISPATCHER <machine: VO-0112, pid: 2816>

(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=ipc)(PIPENAME=\\.\pipe\NTN_FFC_DADC585A.ORA))
  Instance "PLSExtProc", status UNKNOWN, has 1 handler(s) for this service...

    Handler(s):

      "DEDICATED" established:0 refused:0
         LOCAL SERVER

The command completed successfully

I see dispatcher actually running, but... I get the same error

I've tried IPC and TCP dispatchers, with IPC and TCP listeners (4 combinations) but none of them works in shared server mode...

regards,

                          Dmitry
