I would suggest that you not get a book related to any specific database product but rather start with a book about the basic concepts behind relational databases and such things as normalization, primary keys, and referential constraints.

Also read the concept documetation at http://tahiti.oracle.com.

Then get a good basic Oracle book that is heavy on learning syntax for such things as tables, constraints, indexes, views, sequences, etc.
