FULL OUTER JOIN may cause ORA-00600 , may responce wrong results and
other bugs in some Oracle verstion. I am with Oracle DB 9.2.0.5.0 but I
have got ORA-00600 yesterday when I try to use FULL OUTER JOIN,  and i
some cases I have a result from query but extremly slow ... If you can
, don't use it ...
