Maybe something like this:

SELECT

  acc.object,
  acc.type,
  ses.username

FROM
  sys.v_$session ses,
  sys.v_$access acc
WHERE
  ses.sid = acc.sid
ORDER BY
  acc.object, acc.type, ses.username;
