Oracle 9i clustering

Can anyone give me any pointers how to cluster 2 PCs installed with Oracle 9i?

Does Oracle 9i support clustering? Do I need a special OS to support it?

I can go with either Windows 2K,Win2003 or Linux If Linux any particular flavor (RH, Mandrake etc) which one would recommend(assuming it's possible).

Also how little RAM can I use? I currently have 2 400 MHz 128MB PCs that I want to cluster oracle.

This is not for production. It's only for developing for about 8 developers and that is all. When the need increases, I'll increase the cluster if possible or go w/bigger machines. At the moment I must use the low end machines to get things started to prove I can cluster, assuming I can.

Any ideas about clustering?

I would appreciate any thoughts on the subject. Thanks
