(your line length is a bit wide !!)

a couple of things to check out :

Did you FTP the file in binary mode to the other server? If not, that could be the reason as export files are binary not text.

Is the filesize on one server that same as on the other? If not, there's your problem.

What happens when you run the import with SHOW=YES to simply list the contents of the dump file? Does it list everything you expect or not? If not, you do indeed have a truncated dump file.

Did the export complete without warnings? Check the logfile to make sure.
