How to tell What PUBLIC Synonym One Created?

After a public synonym is created, its owner become PUBLIC in the
all_objects data dict and I cannot find any other hints related to who is
the one issued the CREATE PUBLIC SYNONYM command.



Is there any way to identify which public synonym was created by me?
