Good idea, but not everyone has slocate installed ...

pops_at_mini:/etc> cat /etc/*release
LSB_VERSION="core-2.0-noarch:core-2.0-ia32" SuSE Linux 9.2 (i586)
VERSION = 9.2
pops_at_mini:/etc> man slocate
No manual entry for slocate
pops_at_mini:/etc> slocate
bash: slocate: command not found
