ORA-01405 with Portal

I had installed Oracle 9i and migrated some webdb applications to portal. Everything is OK, but when i try to enter to some specific page, Apache can't found it. The apache log shows the following:

[Fri Dec 3 12:09:41 2004] [error] mod_plsql: /pls/portal/cfren.pck_sol.keep_sol HTTP-404 ORA-01405: fetched column value is NULL

The package cfren.pck_sol it's ok... I can't found the problem.
