Need ErWin 4.0 Media CDs

I have a legal right to use Erwin 4.0; i.e. I have the Keys; but, the CD broke.
I asked CA (Computer Associates) and they cannot seem to find any of the 4.0 CDs.... (sounds kind of weird; considering that they are at version 4.1.4; but... what ever).

Does anyone have a copy of the CD ? I would download it from an FTP server or you could mail me a copy. I would pay for any reasonable costs.

Remeber, I am not asking to do anything illegal; just copying the media; i.e. I still need to have a valid KEY (which I have) to use the software.
