There really is no such thing. Especially when you use the word "good" to describe what you are looking for.

I teach a Forms and Reports class at the university and I here is the rough curriculum for class 1:

  1. Product history & terminology
  2. Installation and configuration of 6i and 10g
  3. What is object oriented development (OOD)
  4. Encapsulation - http://www.cs.mun.ca/~donald/bsc/node13.html
  5. Interitance - http://www.cs.mun.ca/~donald/bsc/node14.html
  6. Subtype Polymorphism - http://www.fact-index.com/p/po/polymorphism__computer_science_.html
  7. OC4J
  8. Object Navigator [F3]
  9. Property Palette [F4]
  10. Layout Editor [F2]
  11. PL/SQL Editor [F11]
  12. Visual Attributes
  13. Property Classes
  14. Windows
  15. Canvases

Start with these ... you can find information on all of them on the web (I've provided a few links) and when you get to the end email me off-line and I will get you the lecture notes for the next lesson.

If you can find a single Forms book that even mentions object OOD I'd like to know it exists.
