They could see if my ears go pink. Which is always how my mother used to know I was lying :-)

I try not to lie on my CV or when I apply for a job. I exaggerate, downplay, sex-up, leave things out, over-emphasise but never outright lie. Put it down to my Presbyterian sunday school.
