ODBC connection from Access 2002 to 10g fails

I'm using Access 2002 SP3/Jet4 update installed (MS XP Pro SP1) to view on an Oracle server using either an MS or Oracle ODBC connection. This worked with an 8i and 9i server using the 8i and 9i client, and with a 10g test server using the 9i client.

With the 10g client (10.1.0.2.0) connecting to an Oracle 10g RAC cluster (10.1.0.2.0) I can transfer tables to an Access database, but linking failes with every field filled with "#DELETED".

This looks like the bug referred to in MS KB entry 248186, but the tables have only primary keys and deactivating the key has no effect.

There are no ODBC drivers listed on technet.oracle.com seperately from the 10g client install.

Any information gratefully accepted.
