Oracle ODBC driver for Windows

It seems that installing the 9.2.0.1 Oracle client on Windows does not install the Oracle ODBC driver. Is there an easy way to tell if a system has it on it or not? I know that I can see it in the list if I add a DSN, but I need to check a number of remote systems to see if they have it or not. I was hoping there was a file I could look for, or something similar. Some of them have 9.2.0.1, some have 8.1.7 client installs.

TIA,
