And I'm wondering why you thought it worthwhile pointing out Anna's mistake without providing a single bit of useful information for Robert Scheer? Exactly what does that bandwidth usage accomplish?

Also check out: http://www.psoug.org/reference/dbms_xmlgen.html though most of this is 9.2 and may/or may not work with 8i.
