Help desk software - any recommendations?

I work in a group providing support for Oracle database users.  Most of the
work involves short DBA type tasks. Stoping databases, exports, adding users
and so on.  I'm looking for help desk software that can allow users to log
jobs via a web site and help manage task scheduling and job queues.



There seem to be a large number of applications available to do this. Can
anybody recommend any particular application?
