Hello Prince,

   I believe these are the dates:

07 77 C7 0C 17 01 01 01
07 77 C7 0C 17 01 01 01

Century - 77 = 119

Year      - C7 = 199 = 1999
Mon      - 0C = 12   = December
Day      - 17  = 23

Time - 01 01 01 - Midnight

Please, let me know if this make sence in your context.
