Corrupt Linux 10g Database Download from OTN

ship.db.cpio.gz is suppose to be:


611,574,473 bytes (cksum - 306399691).



However, each of four downloads returns:
637,000,704.  Gunzip does not recognise file as type gz.



Downloaded twice into Windows environment, and twice into Linux environment.
Three times using home cable connection, once office network.



Any ideas?
