Go to http://tahiti.oracle.com and look up "ALTER TABLE".

But depending on your Oracle version, you don't say, and the type of tablespace, dictionary or LMT, I'd take a serious look at dba_tablespaces, dba_free_space, and dba_segments to see what's going on.
