There are also the ones like this:

[person1] Our customers aren't happy with what we are doing. [person2] Here's some brand new functionality that never been tested or implemented.
[person1] Lets put it in production so they'll know we are focused on customer sevice.

and this:

[person1] What we are doing isn't great but its ok. [person2] Lets not look at anything new and just hope this doesn't break before we retire.
