Trouble ordering OTN CDs

Anyone else having trouble ordering CDs from OTN ? I'm trying to order 9i
(Jdeveloper for Linux) so I can have a play, and after I log in to the OTN
server I'm redirected to a non-existent box
(http://web140.oracle.com/webapps/techtracks/index.jsp). Is there another
way to order this stuff ?
