Hi,

you are running the gsd as a foregroud process rather than a service? This is the recommendation when running dbca.

To fix

1, Set gsd and IntelligentAgent to manual start on both nodes
	2, reboot nodes
3, load a cmd prmpt in both nodes
4, run gsd.bat (note the .bat extension) on node1 in the
cmd window
5, run gsd.bat (note the .bat extension) on node2 in the
cmd window
6, now run dbca ( from node 1 perhaps)

When you have finished set the gsd and intelligent agent back
to automatic start and reboot to confirm all is OK
