Go to http://otn.oracle.com
Click on the download icon at the top
Click on any category
Click on any download
Read the license agreement.

Tell me how many occurances of 'student', and the context, you see in the agreement. And 'training'. Then tell me how relevant your question is to the agreement.

Or are you truly not 'curious'?
