For clarification:

1. There is an equivalent for each newsgroup:

comp.databases.oracle
comp.databases.oracle.misc
comp.databases.oracle.server
comp.databases.oracle.tools
comp.databases.oracle.marketplace

Each is customized to that newsgroup. Since comp.databases.oracle is not carried by all ISPs, please look at alternates such as http://groups.google.com to get the details for that vote.

2) An example of the minimum responses would be

1.[YES] 2.[]

3.[NO]

4.[ABSTAIN] 5.[Jim Someone]

Additional comments to be included in the posted summary: [COMMENT: ]
[ANONYMOUS COMMENT: This is an example]

The above will yield the following:
- Yes to the periodic post,

• Abstain to the frequency
• No to the volunteer posters
• Abstain to the contents
• Voter's name is 'Jim Someone'
• No comment associated to Jim
• An anonymous comment "This is an example"

The comments will be presented in the summary of results post approximately 1 week after the close of ballot.
