Hi Mark,

Yes, good, something like the second example is what i had in mind, if not as short. I felt you should see the whole of the message of the FAQ on one email screen without scrolling, then it is OK to scroll down to more details if you wish. That way the "whole" information is there in one screen full even if someone just opens it and closes quickly. Anyway my point still is, keep it short.
