Yes, I do get help here. Some by asking questions and some by just reading what others have said.

Several things to keep in mind are
- always mention your release level at the first, it saves on flaming

• if you aren't on a supported release you will have a harder time getting an answer because those that can answer don't have the unsupported versions to check. As you might have noticed, the Oracle docs are much like any other docs, not quarenteed to be accurate.
• don't bother making smart remarks about the answers you get (which isn't to say you can't ask for clarification, or honestly disagree).
• not every question will get an answer for many reasons, one of which is that no one has ever tried what you are trying do.
