The easy, and legal, way of getting access is to contact your Oracle rep and arrange for a TRIAL. For that you get full access to the software, and negotiated support, for 30 days.

The second way is to go to the Oracle store (http://oraclestore.oracle.com) and read the approriate [trial] license agreement.

Most of the rest of us are not willing to risk termination of our support agreement (and patch access) by publishing patches.

Out of curosity - why do people want to avoid talking to Oracle about Oracle products and Oracle licenses, when they know the only legally support information is from Oracle?
