If it is the host name that is causing problems ( and I do not know why it would when the DB is down, but work otherwise), why not have an alias created in your DNS/Nameserver/host file ( whatever), that is in a format accepted by OEM? Received on Fri Nov 07 2003 - 08:48:37 CST
