Hello,


I connect as System Manager to create a database but I get " Insufficient
Privileges"


 "create database mydb


  controlfile REUSE


  maxlogfiles 5


  maxinstances 2


  archivelog


  character set US7ASCII;"



which privileges should have the user "System" ?
