You and Oracle are the only people who can tell you the answer. You say you have a license for the server side, and the license agreement will indicate what client licenses you have paid.

If your licenses are recent, and you have a standard agreement, you MIGHT have an unlimited user CPU-based license (in which case you are likely covered for any client deployment) or you MIGHT have a 'Named User Plus' agreement (in which case you should have an explicit list of names (eg: people) that are allowed to access the database from any client machine). You MIGHT have some other agreement as well.

As usual, the solution is 'RTFM' - this time the FM is your license agreement.
