I have an Oracle Database server liscensed for and running on a Solaris SPARC machine. I have a need now to access the data from a Linux machine now. I only need the client libraries on the Linux machine. Do I have to pay for the client libraries on Linux now too or will the Solaris liscense cover it?

Knowing Oracle's pricing strategy, I am always afraid when I think about having to purchase anything from them these days.

Any help appreciated!
