You can download it from htmldb.oracle.com & install it in your
Oracle....this current release is really meant
for 9.2.0.2.0 or higher.
The plsql stuff is all wrapped, so forget about taking a peek on your
own....
so then you can also sign up for an account on that site & get your own
enviornment immediately (almost)
