Not exactly- there could be only v7 client. I tried reinstallation after the error with no effect...

I cannot see any Oracle services on Oracle v7 client computer, just installed one to see... But maybe these computers have non-standard installation.

I think the panaceum known as "format c" can surely cure this :-)
