CHUBB is a scam. They are stealing people's money. I went to them a few years ago and talked to them and did NOT take any classes. They use high pressure tactics as well. I remember that I called them on the phone and my first question is 'how much is your class?' Response: 'We dont like to discuss prices over the phone since our class make up is so complicated, come in and talk to us.' So they talked on and on... and I came in. I asked their 'technical representative(just a sales dope)' repeatedly for the price. I listened to his BS for over an hour. Wouldnt give me the price. Then I had to take a 'test' to be admitted to the class. He looked at it for a 1 minute when he 'graded' it. Then he told me his price. Like $15,000??? I said not interested and he pointed to the door. Wouldnt even walk me out.

They pull this crap all the time. There are NO entry level Oracle jobs. There have not been entry level DBA jobs since the mid-late 1990s. EVERYONE starts off as a developer or systems engineer and moves over. Usually takes 3-5 years.Virtually noone is hiring a DBA with less than 5 years experience.

Get your money back. ITs a scam. Only way to break into IT these days is to either have a top secrete clearance or get a computer science degree and MANY if not most graduates are not even getting interviews.

How good is there training? Well its not going to be garbage. However, you will NOT get a job with it. Keep in mind that it cannot possibly be rigorous. A good computer science teacher will flunk you as soon as look at you. So many people drop. Only the dedicated will remain. They cant do that, its TOO EXPENSIVE.

Get your money back. They are con-artists and complete liars. Ask them about their 'job placement'. What is it? We will help with your resume? The first thing employers want to know is how much experience do you have and if your a DBA, its 5 years MINIMUM. They dont care about anything else. Send out your resume to hiring managers? Give me a break. These 'hiring managers'(just HR people and recruiters) will be getting dozens of entry level resumes from CHUBB every week. They will just delete them.

Establish a 'plan' to help you apply for jobs. So your gonna pay some schmuck to say ok, go to monster.com and send out resumes? Give me a break. The only prep for interviews is the technical part and it takes experience to pass them.
