Chance of this not being trashed by a cracker in the first 10 days is close to zero.

You can't give people access to the required Oracle tools without compromising any chance of security and stability.

BTW: Have you ever read an Oracle license agreement? I would suspect you might need a good attorney about ten
minutes after you opened for business.
