OO4Ole Licensing

I posted the message below in the OO4Ole Yahoo group and did not get a responce. I'm hoping someone here can help.

I have been able to successfully set a connection, log on to the database, create dynasets and call stored procedures.

However, when I try to use the Oracle Data Control, I get the following message from VB6: "License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment."

I'm pretty sure we have the correct license but I was not involved in that so don't know for sure. I have run all the registration scripts described in the help file.

Did I miss something? Do I need to buy something? or what?
