If you mean that do you get the Windows Client Software with the purchased version Oracle SE or Enterprise, yes.

You will get a set of CD's that will include

- Oracle SE/Oracle Enterprise for Solaris
- Documentation
- Windows Clients
- and some more stuff

With 8i, the CD pack that IT got for HP-UX had about 20 odd Oracle CD's in covering the whole Oracle Enterprise suite of products (including OEM for Windows, Windows client drivers, etc).

With Oracle 7, the Windows Client Drivers were included on the actual server CD itself. But then back then Oracle installation media was a single CD. With 8i Enterprise, 2 CD's. With 9i Enterprise, 4 CD's.
