You seem to have a problem understanding me, hence you repeat your
stupid request. Just to make sure you understand me now:
ORACLE 8I ISN'T CERTIFIED OR TESTED ON WINXP. ORACLE DOESN'T SUPPORT
WINXP HOME.
HENCE YOU MAY EXPECT ANYTHING.WHICH IS REALLY : A N Y T H I N G,
INCLUDING A NON-FUNCTIONAL INSTALLER. THIS IS BECAUSE MICROSUX
SOFTWARE HAS NEVER BEEN 100 PERCENT DOWNWARDS COMPATIBLE.
Now: try to resolve your problems, you inflicted upon yourself, by not
reading the installation instructions, yourself and GET LOST
