AFAIK it can't be. Which doesn't mean Joe Celko couldn't puzzle it out. But it would be 100% dependent upon a single definition of ordering. If you are really interested in this for academic purposes send an email to Celko and ask him to help you.
Them, if you would be so kind, post the solution for us to admire.
