Why not download it instead? It is available for free trial (no time period) from http://otn.oracle.com/software/content.html - all that is required is for you to subscribe to Metalink (http://otn.oracle.com/software/content.html). Which is also free.

Alternatively you can sign up for OTN TechTracks and get a 1 year subscription to Oracle9i software on CD
(http://www.oracle.com/webapps/techtracks/).
