There are a number of secondary questions you need to ask & answer before a satsifactory response can be provided. You might be looking for 'export', or 'recovery manager' or simply a normal copy of >>all<< relevant files when the database is shut down.

I advise you read some documents first so you get an understandng of your environment and you can pose the specific question you need answered. The documents are located at http://docs.oracle.com - go the the version of your database, 'view' the documents and 'list books' ... the books you need to read are: 1) Concepts Manual and 2) Administrator's Guide (especially the backup and recovery sections). Then you might want to read the Recovery Manager document(s) either to understand how to use RMAN or for additional insight on the solution areas.
