Check out the documentation at http://tahiti.oracle.com . Look for a book titled Migration Workbench Reference Guide for MySQL 3.22, 3.23 Migrations. Then go to http://otn.oracle.com/software/content.html and look for the Technologies, Utilities and Drivers section on that page. You'll find a link for the Oracle Migration Workbench.
