alternative resources for namesini.sql ?

hi,
does anybody know an alternative resource for the scripts needed to set up a region database,especially for the 'namesini.sql'-script. i've got one of those oracle versions ( 8.1.5 for solaris) which did not

contain the scripts at '$ORACLE_HOME/admin'. i've already searched the otn (oracle technical network ?) but couldn't find anything helpful...
