on otn.oracle.com there is excellent documentation for IAS - including the installation process....
If you got the media kit, it even gives you a link to a website with installation tutorials - it gives you step by step instruction.

did you read all the docs?
oracle recommends the infrastructure and database be installed on seperate servers. It is possible to install on same, but you have to change the default port for the net client from 1521 to something else for the base install...these details are in the documentation

You don't say in your message if you installed on 2 machines or 1 machine...it sounds like you installed on one machine.... Received on Tue Jul 08 2003 - 22:26:47 CDT
